  • I completely customize and personalize workouts based around you, your needs, abilities, and goals using weights, body weight, whatever I need to get you the results you want.

  • No matter what sport or activity you desire to compete in, I can help you get ready for it improving your athleticism through mobility, flexibility, stretching, plyometric, and functional training.

    STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
  • If you want to go to the next level in training, competition is where it's at.  Here I will teach you how to eat, train, work, and sleep, like a true competitive natural bodybuilder. See below to see a video of me in the 1999 Atlantic Championships.

    SHOW PREP & POSING
  • I keep the mini camp to no more than 8 people at a time for 6 weeks with high intensity interval training (HIIT).
